A Guide to Yellowstone Country's Upcoming Music Festivals

Experience the thriving music scene Yellowstone Country offers this summer and plan your upcoming trip to catch one of these iconic festivals:

Headwaters Country Jam (Three Forks): Headwaters is a three-day country music festival held July 23-25, featuring 20+ bands on two stages, surrounded by Montana’s awe-inspiring landscape.

Red Lodge Songwriter Festival (Red Lodge): Celebrating 10 years this June, the Red Lodge Songwriter Festival is a three-day event in the streets of Red Lodge, where restaurants, cafes and theaters provide songwriters across the country a place to showcase their art. Held on June 18-20, the festival will feature 26 songwriters and perform over 50 shows.  

Belgrade Summer Nights (Belgrade): Summer Nights, an annual community event, brings families and friends together for joyful evenings in the heart of downtown Belgrade. Running for five nights from Wednesday, June 24, to Wednesday, August 19, this family-friendly celebration features live music, a variety of delicious food trucks, local vendors, refreshing beverages and engaging activities for kids. It's a true celebration of community spirit.

West Yellowstone Music in the Park (West Yellowstone): West Yellowstone's Music in the Park is a free summer concert series held at West Yellowstone Heritage Park (also known as Pioneer Park). For the 2026 season, the series is scheduled to run from July 4 through August 26, 2026. The series features local and regional bands performing various genres including country, funk and classic rock.
